LATEX FOAM
Spumatex carries out their processes with natural latex, SBR(synthetic) or a mixture of both materials.

They are produced in densities from 120Kg/m3 - 330 Kg/m3 and with a range of thickness of 1 mm to 20 mm.

Presentation and uses:

• Without textile support: the use is for the most part quilted as in different parts of footwear with thickness between 1,5 mm and 20 mm, with or without adhesive
• With textile support: used also in quilting of the different parts of footwear and for the manufacture of insoles destined for the final consumer

• Antiallergenic
• Breathable
• High absorption and elimination of dampness due to foot perspiration
• Capacity to soften shock
• Memory of pressure form
• Biodegradable
• Opened cell material

Finishing:

• Antibacterial treatment
• Antistatic treatment
• Smooth surface or with different engraved massage
• Special finishing that avoids sliding of the insole
• Variety of colours in one or several coats, combined with prints
• Possibility of adding perfumes
• Adhesive paper or thermo adhesive.
